Members' Newsletter - Junior Finals Day

Dear Member,

Preparation is well underway for the WRLTC Junior Championships, taking place this Sunday, 13th September!

We would love to see as many members, families and friends as possible come along and support our amazing junior players. There will be a fantastic display of tennis throughout the morning, with some exciting finals taking place across the different age groups.

Junior Finals Day Schedule

9.15am – Round Robin – 9&U Boys & Girls
Courts 3–5

9.30am – 18&U Finals

18&U Boys – Court 1
18&U Girls – Court 2

10.45am – 10&U Finals

10&U Boys – Court 1
10&U Girls – Court 2

11.30am – Finals

9&U Boys – Court 3
14&U Boys – Court 1
14&U Girls – Court 2

12.00pm – 9&U Girls Final

9&U Girls – Court 3

12.45pm – [??] Presentations

The presentations will include awards for:

Most Improved Junior Player – Boys
Most Improved Junior Player – Girls
Outstanding Achievement Award

Food & Refreshments

  • There will be a BBQ on the day, with burgers and sausage buns available, as well as drinks.
  • Please note that card payment is accepted.

It promises to be a fantastic day of junior tennis, and it would be brilliant to have a great crowd cheering on our young players.

Friends and family are very welcome, so please come along, show your support and help us celebrate our fantastic junior members!

A huge good luck to all of our players taking part. We hope you have a fantastic day, enjoy your tennis and, most importantly, enjoy the experience. Play well and have fun!

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "weybridgeltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Weybridge LTC <weybridgeltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Weybridge LTC <weybridgeltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from weybridgeltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
